Problem with KB915597 Update : softwares connection

Since this update, I have several problems.
Especially, many of my softwares can not connect to the internet anymore.
Even if my firewall is inactive.
I try ti uninstall it, but it is not possible.

It happenend a few weeks ago, and my IE7 didn't work anymore, I have
uninstalled the last windows security update ant it worked.

But this time, I need an other solution.

I have a french version of Windows Vista Edition familiale Premium.

I don't understand

security-patch related issues.

This help extends to spyware removal as well.

Other than that, I'm about out of ideas, so good luck with it.
