problem with IE seemingly after installing msn toolbar

Hi,
I have just installed the msn toolbar and since then have had the following
error message when closing IE:

-----------------------------
The instruction at "0x6c371004" referenced memory at "0x198affa4". The
memory could not be "read".

click ok to terminate
click cancel to debug
 
I think you just need to DISABLE Script Debugging in Internet Explorer.
In IE's properties (Internet Options), go to the "Advanced" tab.
Under "Browsing", CHECK the boxes next to "Disable Script Debugging...",
click "Apply" and "OK".

....also be sure that "Display a notification about every script error" is
UNchecked.
