Problem with IE 6.0

J

Jack

My computer stops with this message almost every day.
Until about 2 weeks ago I was still using IE 5.5 and it
even happened occassionally with that version. It seems
that it is happening more often with IE 6.0. What is
going on and is there any way to stop it? Thanks

Hi,
First, check for malware. Work through the solutions (CWShredder, Ad-aware,
Spybot) at
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm Also note the security tips on that
page.

Additional information at:

More security tips at http://www.aumha.org/a/parasite.htm

Then see other possible solutions at

Hope this helps,
Don
