I created a new (printer friendly) webpage.I created a hyperlink to it but
when I double click on it it doesn't work.Any ideas what I did wrong? My
other hyperlinks work. When I named the new file I have a - (dash between
words) in it could that be a problem?

Where did you create this new page??

You don't need to double click a hyperlink.

Can you expand on "doesn't work??
A - is fine in a file name

I renamed the file with an underscore instead of a dash saved it & clicked
yes to update my hyperlink & it still doesn't work.

I created it in my website . When I click on the hyperlink in preview
shouldn't it take me to the page I'm linked to?

I was previewing what it would look like in Internet Exployer while in
Frontpage. My other hyperlinks work when I view them that way.
