Problem with HP driver protection faults

Hi!

After HP driver update loaded (from Windows Update site),
Windows 2000 TS users are getting protection faults when
printing from IE6 - any ideas?

This is a bit strange, because drivers that you get from Windows
Update are supposed to be working with TS (like the native Windows
drivers on the W2K CD).

Completely uninstalling a driver is not a trivial action, but this
should help:

Thanks Vera i will check this out.
There are more person like my, that have the same problem on the internet.

120 user's on my three ts-servers that can't print if they have map a
hp4300. :-(

Strange. According to HP, the LJ 4300 is tested and supported in a
TS environment:

I hade no problem with HP driver, from www.hp.com
The problem came, when i update the driver from windows update.

Windows Print Migrator 3.1 solved my problem.
I did a backup on another server and a restore to my ts-servers.
