problem with help

I have problem with windows help in start menu. When I push the button the I
receive information that there is some problem with getting data from the
internet...
Have you ever seen this type of problem?

It re-associates the .xml file type to its default settings. A recent
installation of a program may have "stolen" the .xml association.

Thanks, it works. After last Macromedia installation xml assoctiation was
changed.
