Please help if you can!

We have 8 sites hosted with godaddy.com.

Here is the unresolved email sent to godaddy.com:

One by one over the last few months we have not been able to
upload or modify the sites using Microsoft Frontpage. Now none
of the above sites are able to be modified using Microsoft Frontpage.
This leads me to believe you are putting them on different servers
and then the problem occurs.

The problem is on your end. We have tried using 5 different computers,
5 different ISP's and 2 different versions of Microsoft Frontpage. We have
uninstalled and reinstalled the Front page server extensions in our GoDaddy
hosting account for several of the sites but this did not help. We have other
sites hosted with other hosting companies and they are still working fine.
All of this proves the problem is on your end! We need it fixed asap!

The error we are receiving upon trying to sign in to Microsoft Frontpage
using
our respective password and user name for a particular site is this:

"Server error: An error occurred accessing your FrontPage web files. Authors
- if
authoring against a web server, please contact the webmaster for this
server's site.
Webmasters - please see the server's system logs for more details."

Is the problem mainly with using FP98?

Can you open the site in IE, then select Edit with FP2000?

Dale: I had the same problem with godaddy 3 weeks ago with several of my
sites. One of them, for a hockey rink in town, was down for over a week.
They kept telling me to uninstall and reinstall extensions, which I did but
nothing worked. Finally the owner of the rink called and talked to upper
tier help and they fixed the problem. I believe they have done exactly what
you said. I have advised my clients to consider switching to different host.
