Problem with form (Still)

Fred

I've produced a long form that clients are sending back vie email. No problem there anymore. BUT I'm still getting problems with telephone numbers entered. I've set the Email results option as "text database using csv and the number is ok but the form is rather unreadable. If I set File Results & the Email results option to Formatted text the telephone numbers are replaced with the email address which appears twice.

What should I be setting the File Format to. The form has lots of tick boxes name, address, email, etc. I use FP2002 on Windows ME.

When I use (rarely) the FP form handler, I always use the default setting
for sending email.

Is there a URL where we can see this? If the email address is listed twice it sounds like you may have a field with the same name. The format you choose shouldn't matter.

How did you get it so the form can be emailed to you? I am trying to do this as we speak and haven't figured it out yet?

You need to be publishing the web to a web host that has the FP extensions
installed and configured to process email. So host also require that the
email address to be use to received the form data, be within the domain.
