Problem with embedded pictures

I just installed Office 2003, incl. Outlook 2003.

For some reason, I can no longer receive pictures embedded
in e-mails (I can still receive pictures that are attached
to e-mails).

When I receive an e-mail with an embedded picture, what I
get instead of the picture is: <<...OLE_Obj...>>

How can I fix this?
 
This is OBVIOUSLY a MAJOR flaw in Outlook ... I KNOW this can be done,
as I know people who say it works for them. There is some setting that
needs to be "tweaked," and the end-user should NEVER EVER have to mess
with something like this.

If there is an MVP on here who can solve this issue for us, please
help!!
