Problem with Ebay

When I try to get to Ebay with IE I get an error message
saying that the page cannot be displayed. It does this
with certain other pages. I notice that the address line
changes to
http://www.qksrv.net/click-280514-10308519?URL=http:/%
2Fadfarm.mediaplex.com%2Fad%2Fck%2F711-1751-2978-192?
SID=MO030503D82F2C1707F045689B16B2015B731F39

Any clues?
