problem with dual boot

Hello,

I have two harddrives:
40GB - primary master (win2000)
160GB - primary slave (win2003)

I formatted 40GB and installed there windows XP although doing that I
lost my boot loader.
I wanted to make it again so I changed my boot.ini to:

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP
Professional" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows 2003"
/fastdetect

XP runs okay, but when I choose 2003 I see bar on the bottom (as
normally) but when it finishes I got blank screen and nothing goes
on... What's going on?? How can I repair that??

I'm not familiar with your exact situation but I do know what
happens when you try to install Windows 2000 on a computer
that's running Windows XP. After you install the earlier
operating system you have to replace ntldr and ntdetect.com
with the Windows XP versions. Since you're installing an older
operating system (Windows XP) on a system with a newer
operating system (Windows Server 2003), it's possible the same
fix would apply.

You could also start the Recovery Console from your Win2K3 CD
and see if the bootcfg and fixboot commands help with this
problem.

As a last resort, you could start a repair installation of
Win2K3 from within Windows XP.
