Problem with drop down list

Hi, I fave this problem with a drop down list:
I have a drop down list that work with a database.
In the database I have some word with some spaces before like that
"Example
Example"
My problem is that i need this spaces, but when I run my web application the
disappear, because the html code don't permitt me to use it.
Someone can help me?

Did you look already what httputility.urlencode can do for you?
