I have problems with downloading file via Microsoft messenger, each
time I try download file sent me, i got errors:
"Transfer of file "FILE NAME" from User has been accepted. Starting
transfer..."
" This file could not be sent because the connection is blocked. A
firewall running on your computer or on the network may be the cause.
Contact your network administrator or Internet service provider."
How to correct this? win Xp home
