problem with downloading attachments

Everytime I receive a file or an attachment to my email address, I try to
download it but it keeps kicking me out of my program. I use Hotmail and
Yahoo email serves. So when I'm in either program and try to download
attachment it knocks me out and right back to my desktop. Need help
pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee!
 
You might have a corrupt system file.

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type (or paste in):
SFC /SCANNOW

You might also need to clear the %TEMP% folder, or the IE cache.

Clear the IE cache. (IE, tools, Options, Delete Files button, include offline content.)

Start/Run, type: %TEMP%
