Problem with dowloading a zip file

Hello,

I am using windows XP Home Ed, and trying to download a
file from bulldogdsl.com which is a zip file. My security
settings prevent me from downloading this file. I keep on
getting an error pertaining to security. This is a fairly
new computer, hooked up to DSL and Belkin router. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

File download is probably disabled in the Internet Explorer security
settings. To reset this, Open IE and open Internet Options on the Tools
menu. Go to the Security tab, click "Custom Level". Scroll to Downloads, and
select "Enable" for File download.
