problem with dial-up connection

I tried to create a new dial-up connection, but it not
allowed me to click "Connect using Dial Up Modem". Please
help me to solve this problem
 
don't you have the installation disk from your ISP (
Internet Service Provider) for the dialer? no need to use
the windows wizard if you have that.
