problem with delivery warning

Hi, I have a problem with Outlook 2003, happens that when arrives one new
mail a POP-UP window does not appear of it the symbol of the envelope beside
the clock of it that informs of the arrival of to me new mail, obviously has
put the check on the relative voice to the visualization of the envelope
(show icon..), this but it only happens for the mail that through a rule
that I have created they come moved automatically in a sub-folder, if
instead the mail it comes delivered in Mail in Arrival then all works! how I
can resolve? thanks

.... but as with many MVP nobody succeeds to help me? it is a problem
therefore difficult? ehi I joke! :-))
