Problem with Defragment

Diskeeper is reporting that my ntldr file is fragmented. Repeated running of
diskeeper will not unfragment the file.

All is running OK but should I be concerned with this? Previous times I have
ran diskeeper all files were defragged. Should I be concerned about this?

Thanks. I was concerned due to the nature of this file. Way I understand it
is if this file gets messed up (not necessarily fragmented) I am in deep doo
doo.

I appreciate the response.
