Problem with columns letters?!?!

Hi guys,
I have a problem with a column letters,I mean there
are no letter instead of them I have a numbers same
as on the rows.!!! How can I change columns to be showed
with letter on the top,instead numbers that I have them
now? PLS

Tools - Options - General - R1C1 Reference Style. Turn it off.
