Problem with changes in my account settings

my outlook changes itselfs, the information in USER NAME suddenly changes of
and then. It takes the information from the field POP3, (incoming) ex.
mail.dfsdfsdf.com
to USERNAME.... looks like this under USER NAME after =

ex. (e-mail address removed)/mail.dfsdfsdf.com

and the setting in the field POP3 changes to "MY LOCAL"

what shall i do ?
And why does it changes like that ?

This is being caused by either an anti-spam or an anti-virus program, not by
Outlook.
