problem with bookshelf basic version 3.0

Hi! I'm having problem with the bookshelf basic.
The dictionary is not functioned.
The page doesn't retrieve the meaning of a word I type.
Please advise me what to do. Thanks!

I believe that is a part of MS-Office, you could try reinstalling or doing a
repair of MS-Office. Just place the Office CD in the drive, there is a
repair option as well as reinstall options.

If that fails, you should take this question to one of the Office
