Problem with big documents

Dear friends:

I am a translator, and when I am working with big documents (over 150
pages and a lot of tables and figures) Word shows a message like this:
(really, the message is in Spanish, but the translations is the
following)

"Word is ending to analize the document..... Press ESC to finish."

If you press ESC, the problems remains.

When the message appears, the document freezes for 20-30 sec.

Anybody knows how it is possible to solve this problem?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

In English, this message is "Word is finishing analyzing your document," and
it has been the subject of numerous inconclusive threads. In most cases
where a resolution was reached, it turned out that some sort of add-in was
the culprit. Adobe PDFMaker.dot was implicated in one case, an add-in for
Adobe Elements in another. Someone else mentioned PDF Complete. Office MVP
Bob Buckland mentions that other users solved the problem by removing the
AddrFixr.dot and Dymo Label Writer Add-in.dot add-ins.

See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/CheckIfAddinsInstalled.htm for
information on disabling add-ins.
