Problem with "allow items" feature

i tried to visualize some onlie videos..... i recieved a message from windows
defender to allow internet explorer to open some ports it needed....
then i click to allow to accept but when i looked in the the allowed items
feature.. it was empty....

i couldn't visualize it so i had to turn the WD off
is there a form to resolve this??

As far as I have found, in the allowed items you will only see the things it
flagged during a scan, but which you decided to allow, rather than remove or
quarantine. Try History: that shows also the things you allowed other than
after a scan.

We are looking into this It's quite fun to look at the allowed items list
