Problem with Add Hardware Wizard

Attempt to use Add Hrdware Wiz-Get "Cannot Run Two Device
Installations" dialog. Any solutions?
 
The computer believes you are still in the process of installing another
peice of hardware. Have you tried turning the computer off and then
back on and trying again? I have not seen a fix for this problem when
it persists even after a shut down and turn back on. I know there must
be something in the registry that sets it off, but I still haven't been
able to figure out what.

Yes! I have turned computer off/on and I have closed

processes via Task Manager. Nothing has solved this
sorry problem.
