problem with accident permission

I accidently set permission without knowing it on a database that I created.
Now it won't let me in. It says I don't have the proper permission. Any
suggestions?

Study it carefully. If you're lucky you may be able to fix the security
settings on this database. You were surely asked for a password; if you don't
remember it, you may need to obtain a security crack. Don't get taken by
fakers though.
