Problem with Access2003 Text File Import Wizard

Field Options does not work when importing text files.
Have to go back and forth to the advance tab to set field
options. Clicking on field header does not work???? Is
this a bug???
 
Access2003 comes with this bug. It is corrected if you install update SP1.
The problem is that I was using AccessXP2002 and it was importing texts fine,
when I upgraded to SP3 it started with this same problem you reported. I WANT
A DOWN GRADE BACK !!
