When the first computer power down, and I reboot the computer, I can't print
from Millenium because the printer in XP apper in Millenium like off, but is
on.

If I reboot Millenium, the probrem is solve.

How can i solve the prooblem without restart Millenum computer?

By fixing the computer with electrical problems. It might be something
as simple as replacing the power supply. Here are some general hardware
troubleshooting steps to take on that machine:

1) Open the computer and run it open, cleaning out all dust bunnies and
observing all fans (overheating will cause system freezing). Obviously
you can't do this with a laptop, but you can hear if the fan is running
and feel if the laptop is getting too hot.

2) Test the RAM - I like Memtest86+ from www.memtest.org - let the test
run for an extended (like overnight) period of time - unless errors are
seen immediately.

3) Test the hard drive with a diagnostic utility from the mftr.

4) The power supply may be going bad or be inadequate for the devices
you have in the system - this isn't applicable to a laptop, of course.

5) Test the motherboard with something like TuffTest from
www.tufftest.com.

Testing hardware failures often involves swapping out suspected parts
with known-good parts. If you can't do the testing yourself and/or are
uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a good local
computer repair shop (not a CompUSA or Best Buy type of store).

Yes, I can solve the electrical power, but I can´t solve the software problem.

Always I reboot XP laptop where is connected the printer, I can´t print from
Millenium.

If I wan´t print from Millenium computer I must reboot this computer.

I can do ping to XP laptop, I can view shared folders, but I don´t reboot,
the printer shows as off.

When the computer with the hardware problem goes down, ME loses the
network connection, obviously. By rebooting the ME computer, you cause
it to do the normal search for network shares at startup which is why
you can then connect. The only way to really solve the problem is to
fix the broken computer. Then the software problem will disappear,
because it is caused by the hardware problem.
