Problem With 2003 Runtime

When calling a function to delete some objects prior to refreshing them from
another database the macro which calls the function errors with Action
Failed. Does the Runtime not allow table/query/form deletions ?

Correct. Only data changes are allowed in a Runtime version. No design
changes in the objects can be made at all.
