Problem wiht the option My computer, search and explorer

I have antivirus y antispyware programa, but still have problem with one
spyware that activate when open explorer.

Explorer.EXE APLICATION ERROR

The instruction at "0X01bc0065" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The
memory could not be writen.

i need help to remove. I aprecciate your help.
 
It will not help you a lot to know that I have the exact same problem, maybe
due to a "trojan"(Admin) suppose to affect Explorer. I already followed the
procedure to remove it and clean the registry, but I still have the same
message.
I'll keep you informed if I finally find a solution.
