Problem width "Help & Support"

Hi Group

When I try to Start up Help & Support on Windows XP, nothing happens. No
errors on screen and in eventlog.

Can anyone please point my in the direction of some kind of solution or a
nay to fix it?

That was some good sugestions, but they didn't help.
Starting the HelpCtr.exe from C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Binaries, don't
help.
