problem while open an excel sheet

Hi,

erverytime when i open an excel sheet, a blank one is also opened. I
can close it and everything is fine. But thats not the way i like it.
Has anybody an idea?

Check your XLStart directory - everything in that directory will be
opened when you start XL, so if there's a blank workbook in there, it
will be opened.
