I have had a client complain he can not view his site on his new Dell
computer. Can someone tell me what I can do to make the site more
compatible???

www.cumulusradioadvertising.com
Message from Client: "While I can reach the site...I get no graphics.
Matter of fact, I get nothing more than the header text. I called my son in
Atlanta and the situation is the same on his. We both have relatively new
Dell's and I suspect it is a Dell default setting."

It appears that the images are not on the server, nor, of course, on the
page. Publish again making sure the images go too!

Gregg, it's a great looking site btw.

ET... I looked at it shortly after Gregg posted it and I can see everything norbally - you don't?

I saw everything correctly, also, using IE and NS.

Wow, that's weird, Ron. My NS7.1 showed it just fine.

| The images show with no problems in IE6 on WinXP SP1 and WinXP SP2
|
| However, Mozilla Firefox and Netscape 7.1 do odd things.

Having looked at the code, Mozilla and Netscape are displaying correctly,
and IE is displaying as intended.

Two images of widths 193px and 568px are intended to be displayed side by
side in a cell 760px wide. Netscape/Mozilla break the display onto two
lines to squeeze the 761px into the 760px space, whereas IE stretches the
cell and table.

Ron

Konqueror 3.1 (Red Hat Linux) displays correctly
Opera 7.23 displays correctly
Mozilla 1.6 (Red Hat Linux) breaks the images onto 2 lines
NN4.08 and Netscape 7.1 break the images onto 2 lines

Why does my NS7.1 interpret the HTML differently to other copies?
(rhetorical question)

Ron

yah but i can't stand all the ads in 7.1 so i doubt i'll use 7.2

| Do you folks know that Netscape 7.2 is out?
