problem--unable to log onto secure website

...don't know how or why, but I am unable to log on to a secure website,
neither yahoo, google, or a bank website, but yet surfweb, do the email
thing yes, no problem....can't get an update while in this state...please
help....
according to microsoft, from what i can find, I am suffering from problem
303807...I need to correct the registery...now have been in there...trying
but to no avail....I am able to go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell
Folders and modify as they tell me to do...but i am unable to make it
work----I put the modification in then say ok...then do next modification,
click ok, log off as directed...but still cannot log in to yahoo...can u
help? Please? thanks ed

You're asking in the wrong place. This newsgroup is for the database
software Microsoft Access, not for "access to the internet".

Please scroll down and find a more appropriate newsgroup, probably one
having to do with Security.
