Problem to Delete File on Windows 2000 Server

I am having problem to delete some files and folders on
the Windows 2000 server.
Was a shared folder and now I would like to delete, but it
is showing the message:

Cannot delete setup: Access is denied. The source file
maybe is in use.

This problem it is occuring only with some folderes.

Could you help me?

Try deleteing the folders in safe mode and also try using the command prompt rd /s.
Use rd /? for help on the remove directory command. If that does not work see the
link below for more advanced methods. --- Steve

open task manager, kill explorer.exe, fire up CMD with new task, browse to
the shared folder, delete....works for 2k and XP everytime that I've
encountered
