Problem to debug on device since installing VS 2005, can't connect!

Hi!
I just got VS 2005 Beta 2 installed on my machine at work (OS is
Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition) and now I have run in to a
problem.

When I try to debug a program from VS 2005 on the device (by pressing
F5) I get the following error code:

"The current version of ActiveSync is not supported. Install the
latest version from www.microsoft.com."

You can see it here

Debugging in the emulator works fine.

Since I already run Active Sync 3.8 I don't know what causes this, but
I have tried to install version 3.7 as well but got the same problem.

When reading up on Active Sync I saw this however:

"ActiveSync 3.8 supports Windows 98 (including Second Edition),
Windows NT Workstation 4.0 SP 6, Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition,
Windows 2000 Professional Edition, and Windows XP."

As you can see, Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition is not included.

Before installing VS 2005 I ran VS 2003 and it worked fine to debug
applications, but now also the VS 2003 (still installed) have problems
connecting when I try to debug and I get a "Deployment failure" when
hitting F5.

Anyone got any ideas about this?

Best regards /Magnus Nilzen

Thx, solved the issue for VS 2005, but VS 2003 still refuse to connect
which is a bit weird...
