Problem switching between windows on the taskbar.

I'm running IE7 beta on Window XP SP2 and I'm having a problem with
window icons on the taskbar.
Whenever I have several browser windows open and want to switch between
them it always seems to take three or four clicks to do so.On the first
click the icon simply turns orange, otherwise nothing happens, the
selected window does not come to foreground as it should.
I suspect it's a problem related to Norton Antivirus but I've tried
switching it off and this doesn't seem to make any difference.Anybody
any ideas?
Thanks

Don't use beta software.

The term beta means "too full of bugs to be released". You may have
just discovered one example of this.
