problem sending message using windows mail

can anyone tell me why I get this message when i try to send an email message
when i use my main email account. windows mail works ok when i use a lesser
account.

Response: '421 Cannot connect to SMTP server 193.252.22.189

You might try using the Orange servers instead of the Freeserve servers, see

Thank you for the thought Gary but i have tried the orange servers but they
do not work either. I guess I could have another go when i feel strong enough
to cope with the fustration.

Give Orange a call. This appears to be a problem with your account
on their server, not a problem with your Windows Mail settings.
