Problem sending e-mail to Comcast accounts

Hello,

I've been an Outlook 2003 user for a long time. Ever since I switched to my new ISP (Italy-- Fastwebnet.it) I have had difficulties sending e-mail to Comcast accounts. All of my e-mail gets intercepted by Comcast as suspected spam. I use 4 accounts (POP/SMTP) in Outlook.

When somebody suggested using Thunderbird, I set it up with the exact same 4 accounts and exact same settings, and guess what? My e-mails get through to their destination and are not intercepted by Comcast as spam.

The thing that bugs me here is: why Outlook, why not Thunderbird? What can the difference be between these two programs that causes Outlook e-mail to be blocked byt not Thunderbird?

I would prefer to continue using Outlook for many reasons, but it is essential that I solve this problem.

Why Outlook? Because some spam filter somewhere is deciding that the the
message, based on the header, is actually spam. You could try setting
Outlook to send in plain text rather than HTML and see if that helps and, if
not, contact Comcast's Postmaster, explain the situation to them, and hope
they're willing to help.
