Problem saving pictures on any formats other than .bmp or .art

Hi, when I try right click on an image on a web page and click on save
picture, the only file extensions it will allow me to save the picture in is
bmp or art. It used to allow me to choose from about 30 different file
extensions. Is there any way to change the setting to allow me to save as
Jpeg again?
