Problem saving JPEG's

After clicking "Save picture as" on a photo online, the only two saving
options given are .art and .bmp. Either choice. when saved to My Pictures, or
any folder can not be opened- even though the extension shows as a jpeg and
with the proper icon. The only wat it can be read is to copy and paste the
photo to paintpad as a .bmp. Can anyone help?

Open Help and Support and search for Disk Cleanup, then run it.

Thanks for your reply and your helpful suggestions. I don't know where I
have been all these years because I have known about the AOL graphics
settings, but never really realized what they meant! All working fine now.
Thanks again. Ed Avery.
