Problem Reports and Solutions doesn't work

Every time i have had a bug on my vista the Problem Reports and Solutions
popup and say it has found a new solution. I then click the solution and it
shows me a page that says "there is no solution in your language (swedish)"
and offers me some other alt. I then press "English" and this page comes up:

The text on the widow means:
The solution can not be shown.

The most likely reasons:
* Your not connected to the internet
* There is a problem with the Microsoft-server

Possible solutions
* Check you internet connection...

But ther is nothing temporary, it never works! And my internet connection is
working, what might be wrong?

- I am having the exact same problem since i installed Vista Home Premium.
- I have installed the same version on my girlfriends laptop and it works
perfectly !!???
