Problem Removing Disabled Macros

When I open a spreadsheet that I've inherited, I get the warning that macros
are disabled. No problem. Everything seems to work fine with them disabled,
so I want to remove any macros so the warning goes away in the future.
Problem is, I can't find any macros to remove. Where should I look? How can
I make this warning go away? It doesn't happen if I open a new blank
worksheet.

First, back up that workbook with the macros--you never know if you just haven't
found the trouble yet.
