Problem printing a range of pages

My boss is running XP Tablet and Office 2003 and is trying to print
pages 10-17 of a 17 page document. I've tried both the 10-17 range and
10,11,...,17 method and both fail. Printing the whole document or
single pages works fine. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

If the document has more than one section, you'll probably have to include
section numbers. See the "Print specific pages and sections" portion of the
"Print a document" Help topic.
