Problem opening attachments

Hello, my config is Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2000. I have several sites an
on one site some users have problem opening attachments .eror message is :
Could not open one or more attachment , then the mail is opened and I do not
see any attchment. When the sender send this mail again then I can open it.
