problem on win2000 dns

i have dns on win2000 .
Each time the server reboots, his host name returns to the "ns" records
How can i delete it?

Well it's a DNS server so if it holds a zone is IS a "NS" for that
zone.

But if you remove it, it should stay gone unless you receive it
again from another server -- is this a SECONDARY?

That's a reg entry to disable that behavior. That record is called the "LDAP
IP Address".

Depends why the record would want to be deleted would dictate whether to
make that entry or not.
