Problem of my vs.net(unhandled exception has been caught by the VSW exception filter.)

Whenever i close vs.net,some kind of error report will popup and says that
"VS development environment encounters a problem and needs to close."

1:How can i resolve it?

2:And can i disable the error report just like in windowsXP?

3:Since i didn't install MSDN,often i'll click by mistake that it popup the
installer,and then i have to cancel it for several times which is really
troublesome.
