Problem occurred in retrieving Digital Rights Management machine I

I downloaded Overdrive Media Console to my IBM thinkpad (XP). This is an
audio book app. The app downloaded successfully, but when downloading WMA
audiobooks from the local public library, I get the above message. I have
Media Player 11. The Overdrive app instructs the user to execute a Security
Upgrade from the Tools menu. When executing that command, I get the error
above. Ideas all you smart Microsoft folks?!

Do you have Digital Rights ( key ) ?
