Thanks for the help but problem not solved:

WMI is running correct.
I deleted all the files in the %SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem\Repository folder.
and the problem is still there.....

Worked partly.
cannot register wbemcomn.dll
Will look further in microsoft.public.windowsxp.wmi newsgroup.
