i have recently wiped my hard drive and am now reinstalling my operating system and it goes all the way to the page where it wants me to accept the terms press f8 and I press f8 and nothing happens i have tried a differnt keyboard and the same thing happens my keyboard is working cause i press the esc button to decline the terms and it restarts my computer after saying it was aborted. what to do if i have no operating system????
