Problem making a wirelles connection between Asus W-Lan-130b and Netgear WG511

Hello,

I have a problem with my wirelles network.
I'm trying to make an AD Hoc network with my Asus W-Lan130b card which
turns on W2K
and on my laptop my PCMCIA Netgear WG511 with WinXp

For some strange reason I can do a ping from my asus to my netgear but not
in de opposite direction.
at my work I use my netgear with a router and there everything works fine.
So I'm sure my netgear card is not broken.
I would like to share my internet connection from my desktop to my laptop.
But I cannot get it work.
Does someone have an Idea (I tried with ICS with wingate and doesn't help
neither)

Hi,
I found how to share my internet connection , I installed Proxy+ but now I
still cannot acces my shared files on my desktop or on my laptop.
and also msn and ICQ doesn't work anybody an idea?
